710320 – Blower Assembly – Standard – CCT-NC – Works with all Atotech USA, Atlas and Auto Technology Company cyclic corrosion test chambers (CCT).    PURPOSE:  The purpose of the standard blower assembly is to blow lab ambient air into the cabinet exposure zone during dry  and purge cycles. As of 2006, this is the only assembly used on all CCT-NC chambers.    LOCATION:  The standard blower assembly is located on the component plate in the control cabinet  area.  It can be exposed by removing the front  access panel on the control cabinet. When  removed the blower assembly is visible.  The standard blower assembly consists of several different parts.    FUNCTION:  The standard blower assembly works automatically depending on the cycle being run.  During dry cycles and manual purge, the water trap is drained through solenoid # 4, the  blower motor is activated and air is moved from the lab and into the exposure zone.  During all other cycles the water trap is filled and the blower motor is deactivated. The float switch (connected to  X12 for computer controls and X7 for standard controls) monitors the water level in the trap to ensure that fog does  not leave the exposure zone through the blower assembly.  The blower motor is connected to output Y3 (CR1) for computer controls and output Y2 (CR1) for standard  controls.
