C246700 – PVC BALL VALVE 1/2″ THD, COMPACT –       The purpose of the solution tank drain assembly is to provide a means to drain the tank for cleaning or changing solution.     The ball valve for the solution tank is normally closed holding in any solution in the tank.  The customer should run drain line from this assembly to an open floor drain.  Once the ball valve is opened, the tank can be drained for cleaning or changing of the solution.    Ball Valve is installed onto the nipple on the bottom of the tank.   It is the customer’s responsibility to connect the proper fittings and tubing (or pipe) to this ball valve and run it to an open drain.      Works with all Harshaw, Engelhard, Atotech USA, Atlas and Auto Technology Company fog and cyclic corrosion test chambers.
