701101 – AIR ACTUATED COVER LIFTERS FOR CCT-NC-20, 30 AND 40

Description

701101 – Air Actuated Cover lifters for CCT-NC-20, 30 and 40 – Works with all Atotech USA, Atlas and Auto Technology Company cyclic corrosion test chambers (CCT). Opens and closes the cover automatically via the PLC or computer. The operator can also open or close the cover by touching the display panel or monitor. Must be selected when a test method requires an open cover at the end of a test sequence, or when a test method has a cycle requiring ambient (lab temperature) conditions. When signaled by the controller, a solenoid directs compressed air to the two air actuated cover lifters. The compressed air fills the cylinders and opens the cover. When reactivated, the air cover solenoid switches position to direct compressed air to the cover close side of the cylinders, and the cover will close. Safety cams built into the sides of the cover cylinder attachment points protect against excessive pressure during closing. Adjustable flow controls on both the open and close side of the cylinders allow for control on the speed of action.
