Jet Exhaust Recirc System / Scrubber – C260315
$3,538.34
The C260315 Recirculating Scrubber reduces water and sewer consumption by reusing water instead of relying on the constant flow required by a standard scrubber.
- Designed for corrosion chamber exhaust
- Provides substantial savings for chambers used more than 50% of the year
- Generally configured for 120 V operation
This version requires periodic manual replacement of the recycled water. A separate self-cleaning version is also available.
Description
C260315 Recirculating Scrubber for Corrosion Test Chambers
The C260315 Recirculating Scrubber removes salt fog from corrosion chamber exhaust while significantly reducing water consumption compared with a standard constant-flow scrubber.
Instead of continuously drawing fresh water and sending it directly to the drain, the C260315 collects and reuses water within the scrubber system. This recirculating design can provide substantial water and sewer savings, particularly in laboratories where the corrosion chamber operates for more than 50% of the year.
Reduce Water and Sewer Costs
A standard scrubber requires a constant flow of fresh water whenever the corrosion chamber is operating. The C260315 recirculates its water, reducing both fresh-water consumption and the volume discharged to the facility drain.
C260315 Features
- Recirculates water instead of relying on constant water flow
- Reduces laboratory water and sewer usage
- Provides the greatest savings for frequently operated corrosion chambers
- Designed for use with corrosion and salt spray chamber exhaust
- Generally operates on a 120 V electrical supply
Manual Water Replacement
The C260315 is the standard recirculating version. The user must periodically remove and replace the recycled water as contaminants accumulate. The required frequency will depend on chamber usage and the testing being performed.
A separate self-cleaning recirculating scrubber is also available for laboratories that want to reduce the amount of manual water maintenance required.
Installation note: Electrical configuration and compatibility should be confirmed for the specific corrosion chamber and installation before ordering.
