The C175000 Laboratory Scribe Tool Handle is the reusable handle for Auto Technology’s modular corrosion scribing system. Designed for durability, operator control, and repeated laboratory use, it accepts compatible scribing components used to prepare coated panels and production parts before corrosion testing.
When assembled with the C175010 80° Scribe Angle Guide and the C175005 Carbide Scribe Tool Tip, the handle forms the foundation of a complete 80° corrosion scribing tool.
The reusable handle provides a secure grip and stable control while the angle guide positions the carbide tip at approximately 80° in the direction of the scribe.

- Carbide Scribe Tool Tip – C175005 – The replaceable cutting insert that creates the scribe through the coating to the metal substrate.
